Step 1: Get Ready

Table Reservations

First things first, please reserve a table. This will allow us to serve you better, and will ensure you have a space on the day of the event.

Item Transportation

Alpha Phi Omega is pleased to provide free transportation service, courtesy of U-HAUL moving trucks. All that is required is for you to sign up on the website and tell us when and where you would like to have your over-sized items be picked up and taken to the site of the Trojan Yard Sale.

Step 2: Sell Your Stuff

Selling

Alpha Phi Omega will have tables set up for individuals, groups and organizations to display items for sale. A limited number of tables will be available on the day of the event, on a first-come, first-served basis.

Pricing and Negotiation

You are responsible for your own set up and table space as well as pricing your own items. Bargaining and money collection is up to the individual. Because this event is purely philanthropic, Alpha Phi Omega does not profit from sales or donations.

Step 3: Deliver and Donate

Item Delivery

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide delivery for buyers. Buyers are responsible for transporting their own items from the USC Community Yard Sale.

Unsold Items

If you would like, you are free to take back any unsold items. We are unable to transport over-sized items back to your residence. Alternatively, we invite sellers to donate unsold items to charity. We handle the logistics, and you rest assured that you're helping those in need around Los Angeles.
